Goal

Suss Milano’s objective was to create a luxury fashion brand that embodied elegance, comfort and power. From naming the brand to establishing its core values and from designing its logo to launching the website, the goal was to create a full-fledged brand experience that would captivate women who appreciate high-end fashion and exclusivity.

We were tasked with developing everything for Suss Milano, including its branding, digital presence, physical products and marketing strategy.

Additionally, Suss Milano sought to expand internationally, requiring legal consulting, international sales strategies, and business partnerships to ensure success in the global marketplace.

To showcase the garments in a modern and innovative way, we created 3D models of the pieces to make them come to life digitally.


These 3D models were presented as if they were on the runway, ensuring that potential clients could see how the designs moved and how they would look in real life.


We organized and executed several fashion campaigns in Portugal and Italy. These campaigns involved working with luxury fashion photographers, stylists, hairdressers, makeup artists and model agencies across multiple countries.


We paid attention to every detail, from selecting fabrics and accessories to organizing model fittings and photoshoots.

Our team worked closely with the client to ensure that every piece of clothing embodied the brand’s values. We were involved in the selection of fabrics, the design of accessories and the overall aesthetic of each garment.

We accompanied the client to trade shows, assisted with garment fittings and provided names for each piece. Our involvement didn’t stop at the design phase.

We were involved in every step of the process, from creating the brand’s labels and ensuring they were made according to the highest standards to ensuring the website was properly developed and launched.


We created a digital presence, set up social media profiles and guided the client on how to manage interactions with potential customers.

We developed the name, logo and full brand identity for Suss Milano, crafting a compelling brand story and a set of core values designed to resonate with the target audience of powerful, confident women.


Our team designed and developed a sleek website that showcased the collections and campaigns, providing an easy and engaging online shopping experience. We also set up and managed social media channels to engage with potential customers and increase brand awareness.

In addition, we created highly detailed 3D models of the garments, simulating runway shows to allow customers to experience the clothing digitally before they could touch the fabric, enhancing the overall shopping experience. We led multiple fashion campaigns in Portugal and Italy, collaborating with luxury fashion photographers, stylists, hairdressers and makeup artists.

Our team managed the coordination of model agencies and ensured the campaigns aligned with the brand’s vision.


We also assisted with fabric selection, fitting sessions, naming collections and providing guidance on accessories, working closely with Suss Milano to ensure every garment reflected the brand's identity.

From attending trade fairs to assisting with product testing and marketing strategy, our team was present in Italy whenever necessary, including during photoshoots and fairs.
