Goal

Aireloja needed a solution to streamline its logistics both internally and externally. With a diverse product range spanning from items as light as 30 kg to oversized materials weighing several tons, the company struggled to price deliveries competitively and efficiently. The objective was to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of internal resources and define the most viable and cost‑effective delivery strategy, addressing various logistics challenges to position them more competitively in the market.

Our Strategy

We began by auditing Aireloja’s logistics operations to gain a clear understanding of their capabilities, limitations, and hidden opportunities. Market research and direct communication with transport providers on behalf of the client allowed us to compare multiple options.


A detailed cost‑benefit analysis examined outsourcing versus internal investment. Financial consultancy focused on optimizing national logistics efficiency and sustainability.

Once a solution was agreed upon, we shifted to enhancing the digital customer journey by designing the cart and checkout process.


Applying UI and UX best practices we simplified the user experience, reduced friction in the purchasing flow, removed unnecessary steps and distractions, and advised on innovative technological tools to deliver a faster, more intuitive experience that converted more effectively.

Process

The project began with a comprehensive logistics audit, mapping out Aireloja’s entire delivery chain from in-store dispatch to last-mile delivery of oversized products.


By analyzing internal resources and external partnerships, we identified gaps and opportunities for improvement.


We engaged directly with transport providers to negotiate and compare competitive solutions. Several logistics models were tested, weighing the benefits of outsourcing versus internal investment, with the goal of ensuring scalability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.


Parallel to the logistics work, we focused on the digital experience. Aireloja’s cart and checkout journey was redesigned to remove friction and align with e-commerce best practices. Wireframes and prototypes were developed to visualize improvements before implementation. Our design team created a clean, intuitive flow that supported both smaller retail items and complex orders involving heavy or oversized materials.

To strengthen the brand’s operational foundation, we provided financial consulting tailored to logistics costs, helping the client forecast investments and measure long-term savings. This financial layer ensured that the chosen logistics strategy was not only efficient but also sustainable.


Finally, we delivered a cohesive set of recommendations supported by detailed documentation, giving Aireloja a practical roadmap to follow. The result was a project that merged strategic consulting with hands-on design, addressing both backend logistics and frontend customer experience in a single, unified solution.

Aireloja now benefits from a clearly articulated logistics strategy balancing operational cost with delivery performance. With a full national logistics report and a vetted external transport solution in place, the company enhanced both internal clarity and external competitiveness.
